- The image on my screen is becoming
grainy and losing color.
|
| Less light in the work area can cause the
screen to become grainy and effect
the image. The nature of a fluorescent bulb causes it to
become dimmer over time. Regularly check or replace the bulb. |
| |
- I plug the unit in but I do not have
power.
|
| Double check the black power cord that plugs
into the unit. Make sure it's in tightly and all the way in.
If this does not correct the problem, contact us at 937.746.2901. |
| |
- LCD monitor displays "AV1 No Signal" .
(Check camera connections.)
|
| On the TRLCD03, check the black RCA elbow that plugs into the
screen bezel. Remove elbow and plug male RCA connector
directly into bezel. If this corrects the problem, contact 3-D
for a replacement elbow. The trainer can be used without the
elbow, but be sure not to close the lid. On the TRLCD05,
check the power cord connection for the camera. Remove RCA
connector from screen bezel and reconnect. If this does not
correct the problem, contact us at 937.746.2901. |

without the remote control.
(If you have lost your remote control it may
be possible to use another Philips remote. Otherwise, a new

purchased locally. 3-D cannot supply replacements. |
| |
- What if the light(s) burns out?
|
| If your fixture(s) has a single fluorescent
bulb: twist 90 degrees to remove. Typically these bulbs
can be obtained locally. If your fixture
contains a string of several incandescent bulbs, the fixture must be
replaced. Contact 3-D to obtain a replacement. |
| |
- My practice material is a little out
of focus, how do I refocus the camera?
|
| The camera lens can be refocused by loosening
the set screw on the side of the camera with a .050" (50
thousandths) hex wrench. Once loose, twist lens left or right
to refocus. Then retighten set screw. |
| |
- How do I connect my trainer to record
the procedure?
|
| We now have a product that allows you to do
this, our SSVI07 - Video Interface. It allows for
continued use
of the trainer while sending the video image to either a RCA recording
device, or connects to your computer by USB connection for recording. See
the product in our Accessory Products page. |
