Orders generally ship within two
weeks from the date of receiving and verifying your order and

information. If you need to receive your order sooner,
please contact us. |

We try to provide the best method
of shipping, including UPS and FedEx ground, 2-Day Economy, and
Overnight. You may also choose to use your company's
shipping account. |

We cannot guarantee your package
will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is
critical and
you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a
shipping method that provides at
least a 2-business-day cushion to account for unseen delivery
problems. |

have merchandise that has a problem. It is possible that we can
resolve issues over the telephone or by email. We will provide a
quote for items in need of repair outside the warranty period. Full credit can be issued for
items returned within 14 days. Freight charges are not refundable. A
restocking charge may apply. No returns accepted after 60 days. |
