To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the information you enter during the online ordering process before submitting your order.
Orders generally ship within three weeks from the date of receiving and verifying your order and payment information. If you need to receive your order sooner, please contact us.
We try to provide the best method of shipping, including UPS and FedEx ground, 2-Day Economy, and Overnight. You may also choose to use your company’s shipping account.
We cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 2-business-day cushion to account for unseen delivery problems.

Contact us first to get a Return Authorization Number before sending product back. If you have merchandise that has a problem, it is possible that we can resolve issues over the telephone or by email. We will provide a quote for items in need of repair outside the warranty period. Full credit can be issued for items returned in new condition within 7 business days. After that a restocking charge will apply. Freight charges are not refundable. This policy is for U.S. sales.
